- All Products: 14 days warranty from date of delivery
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Parts that stop working under normal use
- Incorrect specifications delivered
What is NOT Covered
- Physical damage after delivery
- Damage due to improper installation
- Water damage
- Normal wear and tear
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number
- Share photos/video of the defective item
- Our team will verify and process your claim within 2-3 business days
- Replacement will be dispatched after verification
Note: Warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or improperly installed.
