Shipping Coverage
We provide nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above PKR 2,000.
- A standard shipping fee applies to orders below PKR 2,000. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Prime Parts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
