At Prime Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality mobile accessories and spare parts across Pakistan. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product is different from what you ordered.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence.
- Used or installed mobile parts and accessories.
- Products with missing packaging or accessories.
- Orders returned after the 7-day return period.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be sent via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Prime Parts.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the Return Policy.
